Downtown Revitalization Project Management
The revitalization initiative is supported by a Management Committee. The committee is working together to identify the issues confronting the downtown and to learn as much as possible about the local economic and social situation. Once armed with this knowledge, the Management Committee will be in a position to make informed choices, bring into focus an overall vision of the community's future development, and pinpoint common objectives directed at achieving workable and lasting results. The success of this initiative hinges on the collaboration and participation of all members of the community. It is the development of the community, by the community.
